Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

To enable users to log in with their Ad accounts using OAuth 2.0 and analyze their data, you will need the client ID and secret. These credentials are sufficient for most applications. However, if your app requires permissions, you might need developer access as well. Note that the access token, which you'll use to access the user's data, is typically issued within a few seconds after exchanging the authorization code.
