Need Manager account details after authorization

I am unable get “Adwords  Manager Account ID” after authorization. Is there any way to get details of Manager Account (mainly Account Id) using API(Access Token). My platform is asp.net with c#.

Hi,

There is currently no way to get the MCC account information via the access tokens of the AdWords API. Please note as well that there is currently no way to get MCC or manager account information via the AdWords API if you are making calls using a client account. However, you may be able to get the MCC account ID by logging in to your AdWords account in the UI.
