You may check out API Limits and Quotas for more information. Kindly note that we do not have an API request or service in Google Ads API, in order to track the number of operations.
2. we have requested for STANDARD_ACCESS but we haven't received any updates from ads compliance team. This is preventing our users from making use of features properly.
