API Reference outdated (re AdWords Express)

Hi, 

I wanted to point out that the documentation regarding AdWords Express campaigns is no longer up to date.

The following changes are effective, but have not been taken into account in the reference (v201809):

Hello Matthias, 

You are right. The advertisingChannelType and advertisingChannelSubType in the blog are the correct values for an AdWords Express Campaign. The advertisingChannelType is certainly missing EXPRESS but the advertisingChannelSubType may still have the old values for paused campaigns (existing prior to the migration). I will let the team know about this and request an update in the documentation. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
