When trying to activate the Google Ads API in GCP, I receive this error message:
Unknown Billing Error
An unknown error occurred when attempting to verify your billing information. Please try again or return later

Cloud Support Team referred me here. :-)
In any case, if anyone encounters this in the future, you must disable ad blocking to get past this error in GCP.Google Ads API Forum Advisor Prod
