AccessRole is not same with roles in google ads backend?

According to [AccessRoleEnum.AccessRole ]( https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/v8/AccessRoleEnum.AccessRole ) . There are roles as :

|user_role_level|AccessRole|

|---|---|
|0|UNSPECIFIED|
|1|UNKNOWN|
|2|ADMIN`管理员`|
|3|STANDARD`标准`|
|4|READ_ONLY`只读`|
|5|EMAIL_ONLY`仅可接收电子邮件`|

But I found role `billing` in google-ads backend. What's the value of `billing` ? Or how can I set `billing` level for some user to one account?

As below shows,  the role `Billing` is what confusing me for there is no corresponding role  in DOC[ https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/v8/AccessRoleEnum.AccessRole]

So how can I send a user access invitation with role `Billing`?

according to this doc, billing role is available in UI. But there is no Billing access role in the api documentation? is it possible to set Billing access role via api?
