Developer token access level

Hi there, 

We are building an in-house custom web portal to integrate with the API to generate client-specific custom reports with certain metrics like impressions, clicks, CTR, etc. Since we are planning to publish the web portal to the public on a subscription basis, we require basic/further access for our developer token to use in production.

After requesting for access upgrade, the support team was told to check with community support and/or the help forum.

Can someone direct me on the right path?
