Very long removing users from userlist

Hello! Is it possible to tackle very long deleting users from userlist? If i'm not mistaken, the documentation says that deleting can not be longer then 12 hours, but in my case I have more than 12 hours.

Hi Max,

Yes, you are right. It will take 6-12 hour to populate the list. For more information, please refer to this guide. If you are facing any issue while populating the list, please share the SOAP request and response along with the client customer id so that I can troubleshoot the issue. You can use 'Reply privately to author' option while responding.
