Hello -
We manage campaigns for many advertisers each month. Periodically, one of those advertisers will either take over managing their own campaigns or will have someone else take over managing their campaigns. Is there a date/time stamp when that happens that is available via the API? Conversely, if we take over an existing advertiser's campaigns - same question - is there a date/time stamp for that change that is available via the API?
Thank you.

Hi Devi,
You may refer to the lastChangeTimestamp field of the CustomerSyncService. However, this field only represents the time of the most recent change made for the account (value specified in the clientCustomerId field) and not for the specific time of the changes made to Campaigns, Ad Groups, and Feeds.
I would recommend that you try and refer to the Change History feature in the AdWords UI to check if the time details are supported for changes made to the different entities.
