As per the information provided, I understand that you are getting an Internal Error. Kindly note Internal Error occurs when something unexpected happens while processing the request. You can refer to the documentation, to know how to handle the Internal Error. When you retry requests, use an exponential backoff policy. For example, if you first pause 5 seconds before the first retry, you could pause 10 seconds after the second and 20 seconds after the third retry. Exponential backoff helps ensure you are not calling the API too many times. However, upon checking the request-id which you have provided, I could see that you are trying to retrieve the campaign details and getting INTERNAL error. We have tried to run the same GAQL query at our end and we couldn't encounter any issues and we were successful in making the API calls. 

Also, I noticed that you are using version 'v19' of the Google Ads API. Please note that version 'v19' of Google Ads API is deprecated and is expected to sunset in February, 2026. After this date, all v19 API requests will begin to fail. I would recommend you to upgrade to the latest version, 'v21' as soon as possible. You may refer to this documentation on deprecation and sunset for more information regarding the specific deprecation and sunset dates for each available version.

I would suggest you to re-try the API calls at your end and if you still encounter same errors, kindly provide us with the complete updated API logs (request and response logs with request-id and request header) generated at your end to further assist you better. As you are using the PHP client library, I would suggest you to enable the logging at your end by following this guide.
