Google Ads API Basic Access response

Hi Google support team,

I applied for basic access early last week for Google Ads API on behalf of my organization and haven't received any status updates. This access is an urgent requirement for us and based on other messages in this forum I'm afraid we may not hear back for weeks.

Could you please help with this request? The Ads Manager account id is 161-562-2698 and the organization's Ads account id is 518-674-9731.
