No response for the Basic Access permissions request

Hi all,

Few weeks ago I submitted a request for Basic Access on my Developer Token on Google Ads. Since then I did not received any response. 

• Google Ads Manager Account (MCC) ID: 289-515-5423

 

If there are additional steps required or further information needed from my end, kindly inform me.
