Openweather API Script error

Hey everybody,

I am trying to implement weather based campaign management (https://developers.google.com/adwords/scripts/docs/solutions/weather-based-campaign-management) in my ads. I am using the Open Weather API to do this. I got the Key due to registrating an account on https://home.openweathermap.org/. I followed all the steps on the page of weather based campaign management. I edited the script by pasting the URL link of the spreadsheet and pasting the API key in the script, But when I try to execute the script I get the TypeError: Cannot call method "getRange" of undefined. (line 48). I searched on Google, but couldn't find any people who have the same problem as me. I hope there is somebody in this group who can help me. I would be very grateful. Thanks in advance!
