Haven't got response for my google developer token application

I have applied for a Google developer token application but haven't gotten any response can you please help transfer my application to the Compliance team I need it as soon as possible.

I don't have a case ID yet even though I applied twice on the Google Ads API support team

And btw I can see many people like me here who are facing the same issue, what is going on with Google Ads API support team? why are they not moving forward?
