developer token approval

more than seven days sent a request to google about developer token approval is still pending. But got no answer.

Someone has been there and knows please tell me which way should I go?

Have you filled out the second part of the application form? If not, please go ahead and fill it out. Once you submit that form, the AdWords API Compliance team will respond with an answer within a business day.

If you DID fill out this form, let me know your AdWords manager account (MCC) ID (e.g 123-456-7890) and I can check in with the compliance team.
