Hello, Team.

I was able to set the target_cpa_micros for the ad group using the Google Ads API.

I confirmed the change in target_cpa_micros from admin screen.

When I checked the change history on the admin screen, it was not reflected.

After waiting for a while, it was reflected.

Is the change history reflected in real time?

You can inspect this document to check the configuration of your API request for change_status. However, To investigate the issue further, could you please provide the complete request and responselogs, with the request-id? If you haven't yet, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link.You can provide it via Reply privately to author option.
