QuotaCheckError.TERMS_AND_CONDITIONS_NOT_SIGNED Error

Hello all,

I use .Net and Trying to interact with  Adwords Api  with the test account and got QuotaCheckError.TERMS_AND_CONDITIONS_NOT_SIGNED

even though I submitted my billing info on my production MCC 

Does anybody know why please?

Hello,

The terms and conditions are separate from billing; you must set up both.
