Google API for getting different Queries world wide

I am looking for any service or google api , so that i get queries searched by users in any date, i mean i want to track, let suppose in New York peoples search "what are symptoms of Flu", i want to get volume of such queries searched in New York , and if same query occurred any other region of world, i need those volume also. Please help me out.

Hello,

The closest to that within the AdWords API is the TrafficEstimatorService. However, it doesn't do exactly what you ask, and I don't know of any Google API does. I do not believe that information is made publicly accessible.
