How to add 'Target spend' for maximise clicks at campaign level with default bid? [python]

On setting biddingStrategyConfiguration for 'TARGET_SPEND' at campaignService, is throwing error.

Hi,

The INVALID_ANONYMOUS_BIDDING_STRATEGY_TYPE error occurs when trying to use a non-shared strategy with a shared strategy and vice versa. For your use case, TARGET_SPEND is only valid as a shared strategy.
