QuotaCheckError.DEVELOPER_TOKEN_NOT_APPROVED despite the fact I am using test client accounts created through a test manager account

Not sure why I am getting this error as I am 100% sure that I am using a test client account and the customer client ID I am using to build the session is correctly associated

Could you provide the test account's clentCustomerID, complete SOAP request and response logs and the manager account's clientCustomerId that has the developer token so I can have a closer look at the issue? Please reply to me via reply privately to author.
