problem with api access on production MCC

Cant access my client data. Client is connected with my MMC account and have access type: "User interface and API".
My api token have status "approved" but I stil get error: AuthorizationError.USER_PERMISSION_DENIED on api call. Can someone help me?
On test MCC api requests everything is ok.
