Adwords API TargetingIdeaService(stats) not matching UI. After accounting for Network Parameters, language and location

Hello,

I'm using the Adwords API v201809 TargetingIdeaService in python to generate historical keyword stats. 

The script I have was working correctly, however, recently it has started to look different than the Adwords Keyword Planner UI.

Going through some common diagnostics, I've set the NetworkSearchParameter, and LocationSearchParameter, and the LanguageSearchParameter, and made sure they match to the UI Keyword planner. 

However, some terms are showing up in the Adwords API, but does not in the Keyword Planner UI.

I noticed there was some change to the keyword planner May, 1, 2019. Could this be related?

I believe I've posted replied privately to you post.

However, how do I know if you've received the response? Or how would you respond to my message? I don't have Gmail set up.

Maybe it is still being worked on, I'm just curious how will I receive the answer.
