Hi,
Thank you for contacting the Google Ads API support team.
To remove access, in your Google Ads account click on admin > Access and security > Find the user you want to remove and in the ‘Actions’ column, click Remove access.
As you don’t see anything to control API access, Could you please provide us with an uncropped UI screenshot of access and security tab?

Kindly note that one can successfully make a request if the email id used to generate the Oauth2 credentials has access to the client account even with a different developer token other than the corresponding MCC developer token. The email used to generate the credentials is the one that will tell whether the call can modify or read data of that particular account or not. This email ID 'vantagea...@gmail.com' might be used in generating the Oauth2 credential which might have access to your account.
Kindly note that Google Ads API will not make any changes unless it is triggered by some Google Ads API implementation codes that send calls or requests to the API to make these changes. You may refer to this guide on 'Manage access to your Google Ads account' which provides step-by-step instructions for granting, accepting, removing, and editing access to your Google Ads account.
Sincerely,
