Did the API change? 500 error

Google ads call via

$page = $managedCustomerService->get($selector);

returns 500 error. Is the call changed to something else to get the hierarchy of the accounts?

Hi I Replied earlier but may be lost, My code is failing at,

            $page = $managedCustomerService->get($selector);

using php(5.4)

and sample from api docs link is here

https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/samples/php/account-management

Tried a try and catch but does not even hit there, returns 500 error.

Could be set fields not matching up google account, how could I generate error on failed that call?
