GetAsset API methods return 100% errors

There seems to be some major issue with Google Ads v5 GetAsset method - yesterday morning we've started getting 100% errors to all our requests. Please provide assistance or explanation.
Sometimes we're getting an error too many requests and suggestion to retry in 12676 seconds, but there's no way to see the Google Ads API usage through API console like there is for Google Analytics.

How do we know how much quota we are using, which rate limits are we hitting, if any?

Thank you for posting your concern.

To take a closer look at your issue, could you provide the customer ID and the complete request and response logs with request ID generated on your end where we can see the error? Please provide it via Reply privately to author option.

Also, it appears that your issue is related to RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED error which is occurring when sending too many requests in a short period of time. I would suggest setting up short delays between requests or combine more operations in fewer requests.
