Max rows limitation when exporting data

Hi,

We have a problem with exporting data from Google big query in the API. 

When we are trying to pull 10M rows we get an error: 

THIS DOESN'T WORK  max_rows=10000000 --format=csv > out.csv 

THIS WORKS               max_rows=10000 --format=csv > out.csv

Is there a limitation on the number of rows possible to export?

Are you using AdWords API to download report data? If you are using AdWords Scripts for this, please post this question in the AdWords Scripts forum as they are better equipped to answer this. If you are using the BigQuery API, please post your questions here.

If you are using AdWords API, could you provide the complete report definition and the error message received?
