We have been encountering a issue while working with the Google Ads API, specifically related to Shopping Campaign Product Group Operations.

The problem arises when attempting to perform shopping product group operations for an ad group that involves crossing the threshold of 10,000 product groups. Whether it's the addition or removal of product groups, we consistently receive an internal error from the API.

The error message we are encountering is INTERNAL_ERROR, and this pattern has been observed consistently across multiple instances. We have thoroughly reviewed our implementation, and the issue seems to be tied to the volume of product groups within a single ad group.
