Hello,

Regarding the usage of the Google Ads API, we would like to update our application (currently approved for Reporting Only) to Full-Service Tool. We have implemented the functionalities mentioned in the RMF  and prepared the necessary documentation for the application.

On April 17th, we sent a notification about the specification changes for the Google Ads API through the designated form: https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/tool_change

On April 24th, we requested an update on the progress of the Google Ads API through the designated form: https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/contact_ads_api

On May 9th, we sent another notification about the specification changes for the Google Ads API through the designated form: https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/tool_change

Despite reaching out using the above contacts, we haven't received any response. We have checked our respective Google accounts, as well as spam folders, multiple times, but there has been no communication whatsoever.

Due to the lack of any response, we are unsure if our messages have been received, whether we should continue to wait, or if there is any missing information causing the delay. We are facing difficulties in handling this situation and would appreciate it if you could confirm the status of our current application.

The MCC Customer ID in question is 508-666-5423.

To the Compliance Team,

We have not received a Case ID. After submitting the form, we were directed to a page titled "Your email has been set," but there was no specific information provided. As a precautionary measure, we have saved a screenshot of the page and would like to share it with you.

Hello,

we have encountered the same situation where we have not received any emails or responses after submitting our application. We are unsure if we need to take any action during this period or just continue waiting. Can you please  help us contact  the Google Ads API Compliance team to ask how long we typically need to wait?

Our  Google Ads manager account (MCC) ID:   187-627-6703. 
We also do not have a case ID and after submitting, we only see the same information as Takai provided in the screenshot.

Please allow me to add to my previous message. We submitted an application form for Basic Access. Our submission was made on May 12th.
