hello,

im trying to adjust offline conversion, a conversion that i updated today and was made today.
when i try to adjust the conversion i get this error message :
message: "Date is after allowed maximum., at conversion_adjustments[0].adjustment_date_time"
the date of the conversion adjustment is now. how can it be after the allowed maximum if the conversion was made today and the update.

regards

Hi Nimrod,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

The conversion_date_time value must be after the click occurred, but also must be a date/time that has occurred (i.e. no future dates) to avoid the ‘Date is after allowed maximum’ error message.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

Regards,

thank you Yasar for your replay.

i understand that. the date i put in is the current date time . i calculate it datetime.now() . its not future date but still i get this error message.
for a conversion that was created yesterday. thats why its strange.

Hi Nimrod,

I work with Yasar and allow me to assist you as well.

Could you also share to our team the complete request and response logs, with the request-id? If you haven't yet, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link.

You may then send the requested information via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.

In addition, since you are performing conversion adjustments, you may check out this guide and the validation rules for more information on how to ensure successful conversion adjustments.

Best regards,
