AdWords API compatible for TrueView for Shopping campaigns?

Hi everyone,
I'd like to create Always on TrueView for Shopping campaigns. Looks like this type of campaign is not compatible with AdWords Editor and AdWords Script, so I was wondering if there's any chance to leverage the AdWords API? Ideally, I'd like to automate selection of products to be pushed in the cards, as well as video creative to be used in the ad.
I guess it's not possible, but if there's any workaround, i'd be highly interested!

Hello there,
Currently, it is not possible to create video campaigns via the AdWords API. However, you may set up a TrueView for shopping campaign using the AdWords UI.
