Unable to view or edit upgraded URLs in test accounts?? can anyone else confirm ...

Hello,

A couple of days ago I noticed that the upgraded URL's used in ads (final*Urls) can be seen and edited via the UI of any white listed account (if you requested to be white listed); for example, I can see and edit the URL's in one of our production accounts.

However, I CANNOT view or even edit the upgraded URLs in any TEST account -- can anyone else confirm this???

Should this not be enabled by default on ALL test accounts???
