DateFormat Error

Hi ,

I am getting the following response when trying to uploads offline data.

The date format that I am currently using is "yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss-hh:mm" which is same as per ads api documentation then why am I getting that error?

  message: "The string date time\'s format should be yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss+|-hh:m., at conversions[0].conversion_date_time"
