Text Ad headline character limit is 25 characters. But the text ads that I see in Google Search results has headline of upto 69 characters. How is that possible?

The description text has even more than 70 characters whereas under the normal creation steps, the description line 1 and 2 has 35 characters limit.

Is it possible you are looking at one of the new expanded text ads? Are those out yet?
