where can i see my lead forum submissions?

Hi,

 I have added the lead forum extension in my google ads. Can you tell me where can i see the submissions?

My website link is motocollection.us, I have created created the ad and setup the lead forum extension, Now i want to know from where i can see the submitted forums in google ads dashboard?
