Difference Between these 2 Repos

What is the actual difference between these 2 repos? It's so confusing! They have almost the same name and seem to do similar things:

There is a big difference between the two. This link (https://github.com/googleads/googleads-php-lib) is for Ad Manager and this link (https://github.com/googleads/google-ads-php) is for Google Ads API.
