Google Ads api---uploadClickConversions authorizationError Issue

Hi There,

After completing the project creation on the Google Cloud platform, the Credentials (our Client ID and Client secret) were successfully created.  

After obtaining the token using the "https://www.googleapis.com/oauth2/v3/token" interface, I try to call the Method: "customers.uploadClickConversions" interface under the REST Interface in the api. But getting the following error

If I give you the request parameters privately, can anyone on the Google API team tell me why?
I did the same guide, but it doesn't work.

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

With regards to your concern, you’ve encountered ‘USER_PERMISSION_DENIED' error. The ‘USER_PERMISSION_DENIED’ usually occurs due to incorrectly setting the 'login-customer-id’ in the request or not specifying login-customer-id in the request. Note that when a user doesn't have permission to access a customer and you’re accessing a client customer then the manager's customer ID must be set in the 'login-customer-id’ in the header request. To resolve this, you will need to ensure that your OAuth2 credentials were generated while logged in as the user / email address that has access to the customer ID in your request. Also, if the said user / email address is one that has access to the MCC / manager of the customer account, then you may specify the MCC / manager account's ID as the login-customer-id. 

If you are still facing an issue, could you please provide us with the complete logs (request and response with request-id) via the Reply privately to the author option? If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.
