Waiting for the approval of Basic Access of Ads API

I applied for Basic Access a week ago on 28th February. At the time of application, it was mentioned that it takes 3 days, but it hasn't been approved or rejected. Can you let me know what's the resolution here?

We haven't received any Case Id.

Also, can you let me know how long will it take to get Basic Access? We have a deadline coming up to integrate this feature.
