Test clients are not showing after they are created

After I added some test clients to a test MCC account they do not show up in Account>Management, but they do show up in the Overview>Accounts. I can not remove these accounts or use any of the tools in the Accounts page on the test client accounts. Is there a way I can make them show up in Account>Management?
