Hi!

There is a metric that shows the amount of changes made to the account. You can also see changes in your keyword bids and budget, for example.

It's possible to access this metric with API?

Hi Rodolfo,

You can use CustomerSyncService to retrieve the changed entities for a customer account within a given date range. The GetAccountChanges Java example demonstrates how to retrieve the changes in the account in the last 24 hours. Code samples in other languages are available here. I'm afraid detailed change history similar to AdWords UI is not available via AdWords API services. Please keep an eye on our blog for any updates related to this feature.
