Get account balance and all time cost for a campaign with php

Can someone share an example how to get of an account?

Also I'm in search of the code that will return all time cost for an ad campaign. 

I'm using PHP language on backend.

Hello,

You may refer to all the report types listed here to pull the Cost metrics at different levels. At the campaign level, you may use the Campaign performance Report which will return the Cost metrics with one row per campaign. You can also take a look at the PHP Reporting code samples as a reference.
