Telephone number used too often?

We are using a test account for each of our customers for providing them an additional "playground" system.
For that purposes we use a cell phone number to create these test accounts.

Recently I always get an error "telephone number used too often" when using the cell phone number when creating test accounts.

Is there a way around this error or do I have to really use another number?
