Failed to retrieve responsive video ad

Hi support, 

I have trouble to retrieve responsive video ad, the query works well for all other types of ads and the query has been running for a few months. Today I want to pull information about responsive video ad, so I include following fields in the query, then it break;

"ad_group_ad.ad.video_responsive_ad.call_to_actions",
"ad_group_ad.ad.video_responsive_ad.companion_banners",
"ad_group_ad.ad.video_responsive_ad.descriptions",
"ad_group_ad.ad.video_responsive_ad.headlines",
"ad_group_ad.ad.video_responsive_ad.long_headlines",

and I get following error:

If the Reply privately to author option and Reply to author option are not available, then please provide it on this email Google Ads API Direct Support <googleadsa...@google.com> instead so we can receive the information privately.

Moving forward, I can see that you are using API version V5, with this, could you try migrating to latest version of Google Ads API and retry the API request again to generate report?

If the issue persists, please provide the latest and complete request and response logs with request ID privately.

have you checked the issue? It's just basic query and I've upgraded to v6, but still not work if ad_group_ad.ad.video_responsive_ad.videos is included.
