Test Manager Account has no Developer token

Hi,
I have created a test account using the email : mct.sub...@gmail.com. And I couldn't find the developer token in the account.
I have a production account using the email : adwords.s...@gmail.com and it has the developer token(Pending). Any way please help me to get the token for the test account.
