Cannot get correct search volume from API

Adword API access right is "Basic access", and we have created a system to obtain the keyword planner's monthly search volume. Despite less than 1000 operations per day, about half of the monthly search volume is ambiguous. If you know why, please let me know.

To better assist you, could you provide more details about the issue you are encountering with the AdWords API? Are you currently having rate limit issues with the TargetingIdeaService? If yes, could you send the complete SOAP request and response logs so I can better investigate?

My token level is a basic token.
We use this token to obtain monthly search volume and use it for our tools.

I'll ask a question because a bug came out.

Currently, even though only about 1000 operations per day are being performed, the correct monthly search volume cannot be obtained.
Some of them are removed, but there are many that are not removed.

We are investigating this cause.

In the first place, there is a problem in the creation of our system. Actually, it may exceed 10,000 times / day, so please teach how to know the number of times.

And,

Since googleads-python-lib is used, I don't know what kind of SOAP request is sent internally and the response is returned.
How do you know? please tell me howto show you SOAP request.
