About the resource_name of the BillingSetup

Hello,

We are advertising our products on Google Ads and some agencies help us to get new accounts and they set billing for us. We are considering getting monthly billing costs from API to check the invoices they provide have no discrepancies.

We checked the billing setup part but were stuck with the "resource_name", now we don't know how to get the {billing_setup_id}. Can you help us to find the {billing_setup_id}?
