As far as I understand, the store visit conversion makes a connection between Ads clicks and Physical store visits.
Is there a way to extend the tracking to consider call-to-click or routing as well?

There is also documentation here about reporting metric click type under Ad Performance report that indicates the click type for metric fields such as Impressions.
