Billing problem when trying to activate google ads api

Hi,

I'm trying to activate Google Ads Api for Google Cloud Project and every time I try it gives me the following error:

"An unknown error occurred when attempting to verify your billing information. Please try again or return later
Tracking number: c3335655456706457
"

Any idea on how to solve this or where to get support help? The google cloud support didn't find any billing problem and the google ads API is offline:

Hi Felipe,

Could you please provide us with the full request and response log for where you encounter this issue? Or a screenshot of where you encounter this error so that I may further investigate?

Sure :)

I'm accessing my  google cloud project and then APIs & Services > Library > Google Ads

Then I just try to click on "Enable"

PS. I can enable others APIs fine. I tested Google Analytics and youtube and both worked fine

I didn't receive any further contact from Google Team. But the problem was solved today. I just tried to do the same process again and it worked. Maybe google team solved the bug that was blocking me :)
