If you are uploading conversions to your MCC account, you will need to ensure that you have correctly setup the
cross-account conversion tracking feature. If you would require assistance in verifying that your setup is correct and complete, you may reach out to the Google Ads Product Support team via this
link.
Once you or their team confirms that your setup is complete you may retry your API requests in uploading conversions. Should the issues persist, you may provide our team with the complete
request and
response logs, with the
request-id, so we can investigate on our end.
If you haven't yet, logging can be enabled by navigating to the
Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this
link.
Furthermore, you may then send the requested information via the
Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our
googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.
