age_range.type return Null

Hi team, I want to get all fields like UI shows.

I use
SELECT ad_group_criterion.gender.type, ad_group_criterion.age_range.type, gender_view.resource_name, metrics.clicks,metrics.impressions FROM gender_view
,and age_range.type return null.
What should I do to get age_range.type in this request?

English is not my native language, please forgive my grammar mistakes.

To further investigate the issue, could you please provide us the complete request and response logs with request ID and request header generated on your end? You can provide it via Reply privately to the author option. If this option is not available, then send it instead on this email address googleadsa...@google.com. If you haven't enabled the logging yet, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link. Furthermore, could you please provide us the non-cropped full screenshot of the UI and the Account id that you used to generate the report?

Thank you for your reply. I work with Sherwin and allow me to assist you here.

Upon checking the request on my end, I was able to replicate the issue as the ad_group_criterion.age_range.type returns the null value as well. However, I can say that this is expected and let me explain why. I can see that the report that you've used is gender_view and it means that it is dedicated only to gender reports only. With this, even though the ad_group_criterion.age_range.type is selectable in the ad_group_criterion resource, it will not report any data for age range criterion.

With this, to get the metrics and attributes for age range criterion, then I would suggest using its dedicated report type and it is age_range_view.
