LSA API Data, 500 error out of the blue

We are pulling basic data from the local service ads api, and everything was working just fine, then all of a sudden, with no changes to our code (or any ads settings), we are getting a 500 error, it started on the 28th. 

Did Google change anything that we need to conform to in how we request data?

To be clear, this was working just fine for months before it stopped all of a sudden.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

With regard to your concern, upon seeing the provided logs, it appears that you have encountered an internal error. This error occurs when something unexpected happened while processing the request and the API isn't functioning correctly due to a bug. However, this is transient in nature and the API request will work again when retying it after 30 seconds or some time. That said, please retry your request again to see if this error will still occur.

If the error still persists after retrying then you may provide to us the complete API logs (request and response with request-id ) generated on your end so our team can further investigate this.

You may then send the requested information via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias instead

Even We are facing the same issue, the code was working fine up till now, this started on 28th July. Pls help, if there is any update..

Hello Everyone,

Thank you all for providing the information. I have good news! I finally found some fellow engineers who work on this product (which is separate from the Google Ads API). They said that there was an issue yesterday that was fixed. Your requests should now be working fine. They found the root cause, and they are making sure this particular issue does not pop up again.
